ACREW is a training and engagement organisation for superyacht crew, based in Palma de Mallorca.

Most crew work in the yacht industry is treated as transactional staffing — a service that fills positions. ACREW had built something different: a career infrastructure for crew, not a hiring service. The brand had to reflect that difference.

We rebuilt the identity to position ACREW closer to a professional development institution than to a recruitment agency. Print materials, event collateral, digital tools — all carrying the new register.
