Harbor Smith is a yacht services business based in the San Francisco Bay Area. It provides maintenance for yacht owners, plus operational support to local charter and brokerage firms. Owned and run by Leah Smith.

We built Harbor Smith as one connected operation: a website, a social media strategy, a CRM, and the operational layer underneath — scheduling and invoicing — all in the same system, so the front-of-house and back-office talk to each other automatically.
