Cala del Forte is a yachting marina in Ventimiglia, Italy — twenty minutes from Monaco, a different country, a different price register.

The marina didn't exist yet when the brand work started. The brand had to exist before the marina did. The CGI above did the work of a photograph that couldn't be taken. The collateral made the marina real to its first buyers — months before any of them could see it.

The work played a real role in pre-opening sales.
