Located on the southern peninsula of the Eastern Caribbean island of St Kitts, Christophe Harbour is a burgeoning premier superyacht marina and resort community. Its evolution is being brought about careful stewardship of CEO Buddy Darby, who made his name creating the impressive Kiawah Island community in South Carolina over the course of three decades.

In partnership with Socrates, we were engaged to increase leads and generate interest in Christophe Harbour’s luxury real estate and marina offers. This involved an extensive PR and digital strategy designed to drive interest and then the use of a CRM system to ensure effective lead management and reporting. We developed and implemented a social media content strategy to target specific demographics in target markets and created neighbourhood specific new landing pages to capture leads for residential sales.

In addition, a campaign was developed targeting the global superyacht community to drive superyacht traffic and we advised on strategy and marketing in relation to European and Middle Eastern high-net market.
